Attorney Eucalitto is a partner at Ferro, Battey & Eucalitto, LLC. She was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 2015. Her practice focuses exclusively on matrimonial and family law, including divorce, post judgment issues, and appellate matters.
Attorney Eucalitto was recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the field of Family Law in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
In 2023, Attorney Eucalitto was awarded Connecticut’s Best Lawyer - Ones to Watch.
In 2018, she delivered a presentation to the Fairfield County Bar Association on “Post-Majority Child Support: A Primer & Discussion of Practice Considerations.” She has also presented Case Law Updates at the Family Law Section meeting of the Connecticut Bar Association.
In July 2018, she attended the American Bar Association’s Family Law Trial Advocacy program at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in Boulder, Colorado, which is an intensive eight-day training and mock trial program involving lawyers from around the country.
In 2015, the Law Review of Quinnipiac University School of Law published her article, “Retiring Alimony at Retirement: A Proposal for Alimony Reform.”
She graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2015. While at Quinnipiac, she completed the Family Law concentration with honors and was active in the Family Law Society where she served as Service Chair. She was also a member of the Law Review.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and its Family Law Section, and the Fairfield County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Westport Young Women’s League.
Olivia resides in Westport, Connecticut with her husband, Frank and their two children.
Attorney Eucalitto is the author of “Retiring Alimony at Retirement: A Proposal for Alimony Reform,” which was published in the Quinnipiac Law Review in 2015.
